DCG acquired by Wirestone in January, 2001. As primary client contact at Motorola, responsible for increasing revenue in Chicago office 200% in 2001. Managed creative development for Global Marketing group at Motorola, moving all b2b communication from a PowerPoint based process to a database-driven content management system. Worked with Motorola team on brand and product positioning from a global perspective.

Responsible for redesign of jimbeam.com. Work included new information architecture, oversight of development and creative process. New site based on Microsoft architecture, with sophisticated tracking and user information features.

Participated with business development team on new client acquisition. Responsible for developing proposals, budgets and creative presentations, as well as presenting initial thinking to clients.

Worked with senior level management to redefine direction of company, including acquisition prospects, process and project management, resulting in a company-wide reorganization. Managed creative talent in multiple offices, to form an efficient virtual network of creative and development resources for Motorola.

Partner and creative director at interactive startup and print-oriented design boutique. Responsible for forward planning, creative management and redesign of creative processes. First two years at DCG shifted emphasis on interactive work from 30% to 70% of revenue.

Design responsibilities encompass content and user-interface design for consumer and b2b web sites and corporate intranets. Our print work included business to business advertising, corporate communications, displays and training materials. ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR Ross Roy, Bloomfield Hills, MI 1995-1998

Promoted to Interactive Creative Group in 1996, to help grow interactive initiatives for Chrysler Corporation Responsible for developing Web sites for Chrysler Financial and Chrysler International. Ongoing responsibilities included Web site design and direction of multimedia developers. Directed team that produced interactive kiosk in four languages for Chrysler Europe 1997 Geneva Auto Show. Edited and produced several video segments and original music for kiosk display. Head of team that produced 67 sites for Chrysler International in multiple languages, working with inside and outside resources to provide localized content and globalization of sites for Chrysler worldwide.

Involved in process development for ISO9000 certification process--an agency-wide initiative that resulted in Ross Roy becoming fully ISO certified.

Responsible for business to business advertising campaigns for Chrysler Fleet and Chrysler Financial; day-to-day Mopar creative work, before moving into Interactive Creative Group. Member of internal task force looking at ways to store and retrieve electronic image files and data as part of agency-wide project.

SENIOR ART DIRECTOR Ross Roy, Bloomfield Hills, MI 1983-1995

Created television and print advertising, sales promotion and collateral for gamut of agency accounts and new business presentations. Responsible for projects ranging in scope from the complete design of Mopar collateral material and dealer advertising, to TelTouch direct direct mail (Chrysler inbound and outbound dealer support system) and a communications package for the Learning Revolution, a Customer One Training initiative. Produced retail television spots for Kmart Pharmacy and Health & Beauty departments, radio station WOMC, A&W restaurants, Coca-Cola.

Mac guru to to twenty-five art directors. Designed and implemented Macintosh creative computer lab. Fluent in most major Macintosh and Windows applications--Adobe Photoshop, Quark XPress, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel. Responsible for network administration of creative computers, day-to-day troubleshooting. Coordinated ongoing training for creative department.

Designed, directed and produced video presentations for Kmart, Detroit Better Education Alliance, Detroit Producers Association.

Awarded Spirit of Service Award 1992, for contributions to advancement of creative computing.

Won POPAI Indian and Creativity 21 Awards for innovative Beefeater motion display, 1991; Caddy Merit for A&W broadcast campaign.

Formed independent film production company to develop independent films, commercials, and music videos. Produced music video for Chicago group Shoes in 1990; short films ZUG, Rambo Rabbit; other projects. Presently involved in multimedia development on Macintosh platform, using Premiere, Final Cut, DV video hardware and MIDI gear.

Awarded grant by the American Film Institute and National Endowment for the Arts, for production of Mr. Terbillion's Ambition, a children's film, 1988.

Film awards include CINE Eagle; Gold Plaque, Chicago Film Festival; Best of Show, Michigan Festival; Best Cinematography: Huy, Belgium and Barcelona, Spain; as well as exhibitions in Hong Kong, Watrelos (France), Seattle, Denver, Dallas and other major world film festivals.
